Dumbbell Pendlay Row

  1. The dumbbells should be placed on the floor.
  2. Hinge forward with a flat back and grab the dumbbells.
  3. Pull both dumbbells back and your elbows toward the ceiling.
  4. Return the dumbbells back to the floor softly on each rep.
