Dumbbell Single Arm Arnold Press

  1. Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding a dumbbell in one hand.
  2. Bring the dumbbell to your shoulder, with your palm facing you and your elbow bent.
  3. From this starting position, extend your arm upwards so that the dumbbell is directly above your head.
  4. As you extend your arm, rotate your palm to face away from your body.
