Seated Arm Stretch

  1. Sit cross-legged on the floor.
  2. Extend your arms straight out in front of you, palms facing forward.
  3. Cross your right arm over your left arm and interlace your fingers.
  4. Pull your hands away from your body and hold for a few breaths, then release and repeat with the opposite arm on top.
