Half Monkey Pose

  1. Start in a tabletop position with your hands and knees on the floor.
  2. Step your right foot forward, placing it between your hands.
  3. Straighten your right leg and flex your toes towards your face, keeping your hands on the floor for support.
  4. Hold for several breaths, then switch sides and repeat.
