Crescent Moon Pose
- Begin in Runner's Lunge pose with your right foot forward.
- Slowly lift your torso up and bring your arms overhead, palms facing each other.
- Make sure your right knee is directly above your ankle, and your left leg is straight behind you.
- Hold for a few breaths before repeating on the other side.
