Criss Cross Bow Tie Pose
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your arms at your sides.
- Cross your right arm over your left arm, bringing your palms together in front of your chest.
- Lower your arms down so that your palms face down towards the ground, and your right elbow is resting on top of your left elbow.
- Hold for a few breaths, then switch sides.
