Supine Twist Lying
- Lie down on your back with your arms stretched out to your sides.
- Bend your right knee and bring it towards your chest.
- Slowly twist your body to the left side, bringing your right knee across your body towards the ground on the left side.
- Look towards your right hand and hold the pose for a few breaths before switching sides.
