Criss Cross Bow Tie Pose

  1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your arms at your sides.
  2. Cross your right arm over your left arm, bringing your palms together in front of your chest.
  3. Lower your arms down so that your palms face down towards the ground, and your right elbow is resting on top of your left elbow.
  4. Hold for a few breaths, then switch sides.
