Easy Pose Neck Stretch

  1. Begin by sitting cross-legged on the floor.
  2. Slowly drop your chin towards your chest, feeling a stretch in the back of your neck.
  3. Inhale and lift your head up, then exhale and drop your right ear towards your right shoulder.
  4. Hold for a few breaths, then switch sides and repeat the stretch.
