Band Shrug

Place the band under your feet. Stand upright.

Elevate your shoulder blades and then depress back to the starting position.
Band Single Arm Overhead Press

Loop the band under one of your feet. The other end of the bed should be in your hand between your thumb and pointer finger.

Press the band straight up towards the ceiling. Until your elbow is fully extended.
Band Horizontal Shrug

Anchor the band at shoulder height. Take a few steps away until the band is taut.

Retract your shoulder blades straight back in schools. Then protract to the starting position.
Band Upright Row

Stand with one or both feet on one end of a band. Take a double overhand roughly shoulder width grip.

Pull your elbows straight up the ceiling. Aim to get the band to chin level or slightly higher.
