    Keep your chest raised and lower as deeply as comfortable.
    Push through the bent leg to return, then repeat.
  • Face the landmine, holding the barbell end against your chest.
    Step wide and shift toward one side, bending that knee.
    Keep the opposite leg straight and descend as deeply as comfortable.
    Push through the bent leg to return, then alternate sides.
  • Hold the barbell end at your chest and face a stable platform.
    Place one foot completely on the platform and brace your core.
    Drive through the elevated foot to stand on the platform.
    Step down slowly and repeat before switching legs.
  • Sit against a bench with the padded barbell resting across your hips.
    Plant your feet firmly and brace your upper back against the bench.
    Drive through your heels and extend your hips upward.
    Squeeze your glutes, then lower your hips under control.
