- Begin seated with your legs extended in front of you.
- Bend your right knee and place your foot on the floor next to your left thigh.
- Inhale and reach your left arm up towards the ceiling.
- Exhale and twist to the right, placing your left elbow on the outside of your right knee. Hold for a few breaths and then repeat on the other side.
