- Hold the barbell end at your chest and face a stable platform.
- Place one foot completely on the platform and brace your core.
- Drive through the elevated foot to stand on the platform.
- Step down slowly and repeat before switching legs.
- Hold the barbell in your hand just off the ground. You should be in a lunge position.
- Rotate toward the landmine as you raise your back knee.
- Stand, rotate forward, and press the barbell upward.
- Lower the barbell to the ground and repeat.
- Hold the barbell near your shoulder and assume a staggered stance.
- Bend both knees, lowering your back knee toward the floor.
- Keep your front foot flat and torso upright.
- Push through your front foot to return to standing.
- Begin by standing with your feet about hip-width apart and holding the bar in the crook of your arms, near your belly. Your palms should be facing towards your body.
- Sit back and lower your body down until your thighs are parallel to the ground, keeping your back straight and your core engaged.
- Push through your heels to extend your hips and stand back up to the starting position.
