    Raise the bar until you've locked your elbows.
  • Lay flat on the bench with your feet in the pads. With a narrow grip on the bar, straighten your arms
    Lower the bar to your lower-mid chest
    Slowly raise the bar until you've locked your elbows.
  • Begin in a downward-dog position with your hips raised.
    Bend your elbows and sweep your chest forward near the floor.
    Extend your arms, lifting your chest while lowering your hips.
    Reverse the movement to return to the starting position.
  • Place your hands against a wall slightly wider than shoulder-width.
    Step backward and maintain a straight line from head to heels.
    Bend your elbows and lower your chest toward the wall.
    Press through your hands to return to the starting position.
