• Start in a plank position. Push your hips up toward the ceiling.
    Lower your head towards the floor by bending your elbows
    Push through your hands and return to the starting pike position.
    Repeat
  • Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding one kettlebell with the bottom of the kettlebell facing up.
    Bring the kettlebell to your shoulders, with your palms facing forward and your elbows bent.
    From this starting position, extend your arms upwards so that the kettlebell are overhead.
    Make sure to keep your core engaged and your back straight throughout the movement.

  • Kneel in front of a bench, placing your elbows on with palms facing up while holding the dowel at shoulder width.
    Sit your hips back onto your heels, pressing the head in between the arms.
    You should feel a stretch in your lats, triceps and deep in the shoulder joint.
    You can add movement (bend-extended arms) to mobilise the shoulder joint.
