Band Single Arm Overhead Press
Novice

Loop the band under one of your feet. The other end of the bed should be in your hand between your thumb and pointer finger.

Press the band straight up towards the ceiling. Until your elbow is fully extended.
Band Lateral Raise

Grab the band at shoulder width. Raise your arms straight out to the side.

The band should scrape against your shirt.
Band Single Arm Lateral Raise

Stand on band and hold handle or loop at your side with slight elbow bend.

Raise arm out to the side until shoulder height, keeping torso still.

Lower slowly under control, maintaining constant tension on the delt.
Band Upright Row

Stand with one or both feet on one end of a band. Take a double overhand roughly shoulder width grip.

Pull your elbows straight up the ceiling. Aim to get the band to chin level or slightly higher.
