- Stand in a staggered position. With the back leg bent and the front mostly extended.
- Push your hips back until you feel a stretch through your front hamstring.
- Push your hips back forward until you are standing.
- Begin by standing with your feet hip-width apart with the bar on the ground at your side.
- Lift the bar to your side and walk for the allotted amount of time or distance.
- Set the bar down and switch sides.
- Loop bands under your feet or anchors and around the barbell. Stand tall with soft knees.
- Hinge at the hips, keeping the bar close and back straight throughout.
- Squeeze glutes, drive hips forward, and return to full standing position.
- Take a shoulder width, double overhand or mixed grip.
- Push your hips back while leaving your knees mostly extended. Look for a stretch in your hamstrings.
- When you feel the stretch, push your hips forward until you're back in a standing position.
