- Setup two boxes. One to jump on and one to sit.
- Go from a seated position and pop your hips forward forcefully.
- Jump and land on the box softly.
- Stand with a shoulder width stance.
- Jump onto your box and land with one foot.
- Try to land in the middle of the box and land as softly as possible.
- Sit on the floor, place upper back on a stability ball, feet flat, knees bent.
- Drive hips upward by squeezing glutes, forming a straight line from shoulders to knees.
- Lower hips slowly without touching the floor, maintaining core engagement, then repeat.
- Set up a bar at mid way up your quad. Place the working leg against the bar.
- Place one foot behind. You should only be on your toes on that back foot. Your front foot should be planted flat the entire time.
- Bend your back knee and push your hips back. Look for a stretch in your front hamstring.
- When you feel the stretch, push your hips forward again until you're back in a standing position.
