• Setup two boxes. One to jump on and one to sit.
Go from a seated position and pop your hips forward forcefully.
Jump and land on the box softly.
  • Stand with a shoulder width stance.
Jump onto your box and land with one foot.
Try to land in the middle of the box and land as softly as possible.
  • Sit on the floor, place upper back on a stability ball, feet flat, knees bent.
Drive hips upward by squeezing glutes, forming a straight line from shoulders to knees.
Lower hips slowly without touching the floor, maintaining core engagement, then repeat.
  • Set up a bar at mid way up your quad. Place the working leg against the bar.
Place one foot behind. You should only be on your toes on that back foot. Your front foot should be planted flat the entire time.
Bend your back knee and push your hips back. Look for a stretch in your front hamstring.
When you feel the stretch, push your hips forward again until you're back in a standing position.
