- Take a half kneeling position while holding one dumbbell.
- Drive the dumbbell upwards.
- Start by sitting on an incline bench and holding a dumbbell in one hand.
- Bring the dumbbell to your shoulder, with your palm facing you and your elbow bent.
- From this starting position, extend your arm upwards so that the dumbbell is directly above your head.
- As you extend your arm, rotate your palm to face away from your body.
- Start by taking a kneeling position and holding a kettlebell in each hand with the bottom of the kettlebell facing up.
- Bring the kettlebells to your shoulders, with your palms facing forward and your elbows bent.
- From this starting position, extend your arms upwards so that the kettlebells are overhead.
- Make sure to keep your core engaged and your back straight throughout the movement.
- Stand with one or both feet on one end of a band. Take a double overhand roughly shoulder width grip.
- Pull your elbows straight up the ceiling. Aim to get the band to chin level or slightly higher.
