- Start by standing on one leg with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding two dumbbells.
- From this starting position, hinge at the hips to lower the dumbbell towards the ground, keeping your back straight and your core engaged.
- Once you feel a stretch in your hamstring, slowly return to the starting position.
- Make sure to keep your standing leg slightly bent and avoid rounding your back as you lower the dumbbell.
- Grab the end of the landmine and stand perpendicular to the bar.
- Lift your inside leg and keep your outside leg planted.
- Push your hips back keeping your knees mostly extended. When you feel the stretch in your hams, push your hips forward until you are standing upright.
- Stand in a staggered position. With the back leg bent and the front mostly extended.
- Push your hips back until you feel a stretch through your front hamstring.
- Push your hips back forward until you are standing.
- Start with handles set to the bottom of the machine. Grab a box, stand on top of the box, squat the weight up into a standing position.
- Push your butt back to initiate the movement and then push your butt forward until you're back in a standing position.
- To protect yourself from injury, always maintain a flat back on any exercise.
