- Sit up, toss medicine ball to partner.
- Catch and lower down. Repeat for desired reps.
- Place forearms on medicine ball, extend legs.
- Maintain straight body position for desired time.
- Lift medicine ball overhead.
- Slam ball down to ground with force.
