Place the band at an anchor point that is shoulder height. Take a few steps away until the band is taut.

Start with your fingers interlocked around the band and your fists connected to your chest.

Extend at the elbows pressing the band away from your body until your elbows are fully extended.

Band High To Low Pallof Press Wood Chopper

Stand sideways to band anchored high, hold handle at chest with both hands.

Press arms straight forward, then rotate torso pulling band diagonally downward.
3
Return to center, bending elbows back to chest under control.
Band Low To High Pallof Press Wood Chopper

Stand sideways to band anchored low, holding handle at chest with both hands.
2
Press arms straight forward, then rotate torso pulling band diagonally upward.
3
Return to center and bring hands back to chest under control.
