- Stand over crossed low cables, holding the opposite handle in each hand.
- Raise your arms upward and outward, forming a Y shape.
- Pause near overhead, then slowly lower the handles.
- Stand between crossed low cables, holding the opposite handle in each hand.
- Pull both handles upward, leading with your elbows.
- Stop near chest height, then lower the handles slowly.
- Hold low cable handles at shoulder height with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Squat down while keeping your chest raised and knees tracking outward.
- Stand powerfully and press both handles overhead until your arms are extended.
- Place the cable all the way at the bottom and stand with the cable crossing behind your body.
- While keeping your elbow mostly extended, lift your arm until it's parallel with the floor.
