• Stand over crossed low cables, holding the opposite handle in each hand.
    Raise your arms upward and outward, forming a Y shape.
    Pause near overhead, then slowly lower the handles.
  • Stand between crossed low cables, holding the opposite handle in each hand.
    Pull both handles upward, leading with your elbows.
    Stop near chest height, then lower the handles slowly.
  • Hold low cable handles at shoulder height with your feet shoulder-width apart.
    Squat down while keeping your chest raised and knees tracking outward.
    Stand powerfully and press both handles overhead until your arms are extended.
  • Place the cable all the way at the bottom and stand with the cable crossing behind your body.
    While keeping your elbow mostly extended, lift your arm until it's parallel with the floor.
