- Start in a plank position. Push your hips up toward the ceiling.
- Lower your head towards the floor by bending your elbows
- Push through your hands and return to the starting pike position.
- Repeat
- Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding one kettlebell with the bottom of the kettlebell facing up.
- Bring the kettlebell to your shoulders, with your palms facing forward and your elbows bent.
- From this starting position, extend your arms upwards so that the kettlebell are overhead.
- Make sure to keep your core engaged and your back straight throughout the movement.

- Kneel in front of a bench, placing your elbows on with palms facing up while holding the dowel at shoulder width.
- Sit your hips back onto your heels, pressing the head in between the arms.
- You should feel a stretch in your lats, triceps and deep in the shoulder joint.
- You can add movement (bend-extended arms) to mobilise the shoulder joint.
