- Stand on the band with one or 2 feet depending on how heavy you want the band to be.
- With your elbows extended raise your fists straight up to the ceiling until they are at eye level.
- Stand tall with an overhand grip on the barbell. Raise your arms until your fists are around eye level.
- Return to the start under control. This exercise is prone to using momentum when you begin to fatigue.
- Start with your arms at either side. Begin by pushing your shoulders forward and in towards your chest.
- Continue the circular motion with your shoulders, pinching up towards your ears, and then extending your chest outwards while you finish the motion.
- Repeat as necessary.
- Adjust seat to a comfortable height.
- Load the pegs with an appropriate amount of weight.
- Press the weight until your elbows are nearly extended, then lower the weight until just before the weight comes back to a rest.
