• Stand on the band with one or 2 feet depending on how heavy you want the band to be.
    With your elbows extended raise your fists straight up to the ceiling until they are at eye level.
  • Stand tall with an overhand grip on the barbell. Raise your arms until your fists are around eye level.
    Return to the start under control. This exercise is prone to using momentum when you begin to fatigue.
  • Start with your arms at either side. Begin by pushing your shoulders forward and in towards your chest.
    Continue the circular motion with your shoulders, pinching up towards your ears, and then extending your chest outwards while you finish the motion.
    Repeat as necessary.
  • Adjust seat to a comfortable height.
    Load the pegs with an appropriate amount of weight.
    Press the weight until your elbows are nearly extended, then lower the weight until just before the weight comes back to a rest.
