- Start facing the barbell while holding the end of the bar in the goblet position in front of your chest with your elbows close to your sides.
- Step backward and across your body with one leg at a 45 degree angle while keeping your weight on your front heel to gently lower your back knee to the ground.
- Drive through your front heel as you step back up and to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps before switching legs.
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart and a dumbbell in a goblet position.
- Step your left foot behind and to the right of your right foot, crossing it behind your right leg.
- Bend your knees and lower your hips down and back, as if you were about to sit in a chair.
- Push through your right heel to straighten your right leg and return to the starting position.
- Setup a landmine with your back on a box.
- Lay the end of the bar over your hip.
- Push your hips toward the ceiling until you feel a contraction, then bring your hips back toward the floor.
- Grab the end of the landmine and stand perpendicular to the bar.
- Lift your inside leg and keep your outside leg planted.
- Push your hips back keeping your knees mostly extended. When you feel the stretch in your hams, push your hips forward until you are standing upright.
