• Hold the TRX straps and lean away from the anchor point until the straps are taut.
    Keep both elbows mostly extended and raise both arms out and upwards.
    You should make a Y shape with your arms during the back portion of the exercise.
  • Hold the plate with both hands at chest height.
    Keeping your core tight and your chest up, squat down as low as you can go while keeping your feet flat on the ground.
    Hold the squat position and reach the plate forward, keeping your arms straight and your back straight.
    Return the plate to your chest while you hold the squat position and repeat reaching the plate in front of you
  • Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding a dumbbell in each hand.
    Bring the dumbbells to your shoulders, with your palms facing inward and your elbows bent.
    From this starting position, dip your knees slightly and then quickly extend them as you press the dumbbells upwards.
    As you press the dumbbells upwards, also push your hips forward to help generate additional power.
    Slowly lower the dumbbells back down to the starting position, and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and the plate in front of the feet.
    Bend the knees and hips to pick up the plate, keeping the back straight and core engaged.
    Stand up, lock the hips and legs, and press the plate overhead with straight arms.
    Lower the plate back to the starting position, keeping control of it, and repeat for desired reps.
