- Lay on your side with knees bent and a loop band around them. 90° angle at hips, knees and feet.
- Externally rotate the top knee without dropping your hip back
- Hold for a split second (or as indicated by therapist/trainer) and return to starting position without resting on the under knee
- Face sideways on the treadmill.
- Take a quarter squat position with a wide stance.
- Shuffle sideways for a specified amount of time, then switch sides.
- Stand with feet together, arms in front at chest level, palms touching.
- Spread legs wide, simultaneously swing arms out to sides, palms facing forward.
- Jump back to starting position, bringing arms together again quickly. Repeat rhythmically.
- Place a band either just below or above your knees.
- Get into a quarter squat position.
- Step side to side without letting there be any slack in the band to keep tension on the band.
