- Place a plate on your back. Position your index fingers and thumbs so they are touching, forming a diamond shape.
- Use a standard push up position
- Lower your chest towards your hands, keep your elbows close to your body
- Stop just before your chest touches the floor, then push back up to the starting position.
- Use the bar attachment. The cable should be set all the way at the top of the machine. Grab the bar with n overhand grip.
- Make sure to keep your upper arm glued at your side. Extend your elbows until you feel your triceps contract.
- Lie flat on bench and grip bar slightly narrower than shoulder-width.
- Lower bar toward upper chest by bending elbows forward, not flaring out.
- Extend elbows to press bar back to starting position above chest.
- Set bench to high incline and hold dumbbells above chest.
- Flex elbows first, then flex the shoulders until a stretch is felt in your triceps.
- Bring your elbows back up until they are pointed at the ceiling, then extend your elbows.
