• Set barbell just below knee height in rack and stand hip-width apart.
    Hinge at hips, grip bar firmly, and keep back flat.
    Drive hips forward and stand tall, locking out at the top.
  • Stand on a platform holding barbell in front with feet hip-width apart.
    Slowly roll down through spine one vertebra at a time, reaching toward toes.
    Reverse the motion, rolling up through spine until standing tall again.
  • Loop bands under your feet and around the barbell. Stand hip-width apart.
    Hinge at the hips, keep your back flat, and lower to grasp the bar.
    Drive through heels, extend hips and knees, and stand tall with shoulders back.
  • Loop bands under your feet or anchors and around the barbell. Stand tall with soft knees.
    Hinge at the hips, keeping the bar close and back straight throughout.
    Squeeze glutes, drive hips forward, and return to full standing position.
