• Hold the barbell end at your chest and face a stable platform.
    Place one foot completely on the platform and brace your core.
    Drive through the elevated foot to stand on the platform.
    Step down slowly and repeat before switching legs.
  • Hold the barbell in your hand just off the ground. You should be in a lunge position.
    Rotate toward the landmine as you raise your back knee.
    Stand, rotate forward, and press the barbell upward.
    Lower the barbell to the ground and repeat.
  • Hold the barbell near your shoulder and assume a staggered stance.
    Bend both knees, lowering your back knee toward the floor.
    Keep your front foot flat and torso upright.
    Push through your front foot to return to standing.
  • Begin by standing with your feet about hip-width apart and holding the bar in the crook of your arms, near your belly. Your palms should be facing towards your body.
    Sit back and lower your body down until your thighs are parallel to the ground, keeping your back straight and your core engaged.
    Push through your heels to extend your hips and stand back up to the starting position.
