• Lay on your side with knees bent and a loop band around them. 90° angle at hips, knees and feet.
    Externally rotate the top knee without dropping your hip back
    Hold for a split second (or as indicated by therapist/trainer) and return to starting position without resting on the under knee
  • Face sideways on the treadmill.
    Take a quarter squat position with a wide stance.
    Shuffle sideways for a specified amount of time, then switch sides.
  • Stand with feet together, arms in front at chest level, palms touching.
    Spread legs wide, simultaneously swing arms out to sides, palms facing forward.
    Jump back to starting position, bringing arms together again quickly. Repeat rhythmically.
  • Place a band either just below or above your knees.
    Get into a quarter squat position.
    Step side to side without letting there be any slack in the band to keep tension on the band.
