• Lie on bench, hold kettlebell with both hands over chest.
    Lower kettlebells, elbows flared.
    Press kettlebells upward, fully extending arms. Repeat.

    Bring the kettlebells to your shoulders, with your palms facing forward and your elbows bent.
    From this starting position, extend your arms upwards so that the kettlebells are overhead.

  • Be careful getting the KB into place overhead. Push your elbows forward while keeping your elbows tucked in.
    Look for what feels like a stretch in your triceps. Extend your elbows until your fists are pointed at the ceiling.
