- Set barbell just below knee height in rack and stand hip-width apart.
- Hinge at hips, grip bar firmly, and keep back flat.
- Drive hips forward and stand tall, locking out at the top.
- Stand on a platform holding barbell in front with feet hip-width apart.
- Slowly roll down through spine one vertebra at a time, reaching toward toes.
- Reverse the motion, rolling up through spine until standing tall again.
- Loop bands under your feet and around the barbell. Stand hip-width apart.
- Hinge at the hips, keep your back flat, and lower to grasp the bar.
- Drive through heels, extend hips and knees, and stand tall with shoulders back.
- Loop bands under your feet or anchors and around the barbell. Stand tall with soft knees.
- Hinge at the hips, keeping the bar close and back straight throughout.
- Squeeze glutes, drive hips forward, and return to full standing position.
