- Be careful getting the KB into place overhead. Push your elbows forward while keeping your elbows tucked in.
- Look for what feels like a stretch in your triceps. Extend your elbows until your fists are pointed at the ceiling.
- Start flat on your back with a kettlebell extended over you.
- Bring your elbow to the floor, rest for a second to remove all the momentum from the rep, then press to a lockout.
- Stand facing the landmine leaning forward slightly with the end of the barbell held in one hand at your shoulder with your elbow positioned beneath your wrist.
- While keeping your elbow pointed forward, drive the bar directly overhead, switching hands at the top of the movement. Lower the bar back down to the other side of your body, mirroring the starting position.
- Repeat for desired number of reps, switching hands at the top of each rep.
- Start in a kneeling position facing the barbell with one hand holding the end of the barbell at your shoulder with your elbow tucked beneath your wrist.
- Keeping your elbow pointing forward, drive the barbell up overhead until your arm is fully extended and switch the bar to your other hand at the top of the movement.
- Control the descent of the bar to your other shoulder and repeat movement for desired reps, switching hands at the top of each rep.
