- Grip the edge of the bench with your hands, Keep your feet together and legs straight.
- Lower your body straight down.
- Slowly press back up to the starting point.
- TIP: Make this harder by raising your feet off the floor and adding weight.
- Attach the ring straps to a high point. Stand on your tip toes.
- Your arms should be extended in front of you.
- Break at the elbows until your forearms touch your biceps. Then extend your elbows back to the start.
- Position rings shoulder-width apart, grasp handles, extend legs behind.
- Lower chest to rings, bend one elbow, while extending your other arm out to the side. Push yourself back to the start.
- Then switch arms and repeat.
- Start by setting up the rings to a secure anchor point and adjust the straps so that they hang about waist height when you stand under them.
- Stand facing the rings grab the handles with both hands, and step forward so that your body is in a plank position with your hands directly beneath your shoulders.
- Lower your body down by bending your elbows until your chest nearly touches the handles. Keep your core tight and your body in a straight line.
- Push your body back up to the starting position, straightening your arms as you do so. Make sure to engage your chest, triceps, and core throughout the movement.
