• Start with a straight bar or easy bar attachment. Squat the weight up into a standing position and walk a few steps back.
Push your butt back to initiate the movement while lifting one of your legs. Then push your butt forward until you're back in a standing position.
Compete your given amount of reps, then switch to opposite leg.
To protect yourself from injury, always maintain a flat back.
  • Anchor a band to a stable point.
Place the loops of the band behind your knees.
Perform a normal squat and extend your knees against the band at the top.
  • Anchor the band to the lowest point possible. Straddle the band and then grab with both hands.
Take a few steps away until the band is taut.
Push your butt back until you feel a stretch in your hamstrings. Then extend the hips back into the starting position.
  • Get down on all fours and position your hands under your shoulders and your knees under your hips.
Kick back with one leg and squeeze your glutes.
Slowly return to starting position by bending your knee and lowering your leg.
    Switch Legs. Repeat.
