• Start with a kettlebell between your legs, hinge at hips, swing it upward.
    Lift kettlebell to chest level, elbows high, engaging shoulders.
    Lower kettlebell back down, maintaining control. Repeat for desired reps.

    Rotate one arm overhead and behind while keeping the other arm in front of you.
    Then rotate the other arm.
    Bring the original arm back to the starting position, then the other arm. Repeat.

    Walk your feet towards your head and lift your hips up.
    Straighten your legs and find your balance. Hold for several breaths and then release.
