• Begin in an elbow plank position with your core engaged.
    Bring your right knee towards your right elbow.
    Return to plank, then switch legs quickly. Repeat.

    Allow your upper back to sink in between the shoulder blades.
    Push your elbows into the ground and slightly forward, and move the shoulder blades away from the spine.

  • Start in a plank position, hands under shoulders, body straight.
    Jump feet wide, then back together, like a jumping jack.
    Keep core tight, maintain plank form, repeat for desired time or reps.
