Place the band at the highest anchor point you have available. Grab both ends of the band and fall into a kneeling position.

Push your hips back flexing at the spine.

Squeeze your abs and then extend at the hips and spine back to the starting position.
Band High To Low Pallof Press Wood Chopper

Stand sideways to band anchored high, hold handle at chest with both hands.

Press arms straight forward, then rotate torso pulling band diagonally downward.

Return to center, bending elbows back to chest under control.

Stand sideways to band anchored low, holding handle at chest with both hands.
