• Position the bench between 45 and 60 degrees.
    Lay flat on the bench with your feet on the ground.
    Lower the bar to your mid chest
    Raise the dumbbells (slowly and controlled) until you've locked your elbows.
  • Lay flat on the bench with your feet on the ground. With straight arms unrack the bar with a reverse grip.
    Lower the dumbbells to your lower chest.
    Raise the bar until you've locked your elbows.
  • Use a dip belt to attach a dumbbell to yourself. Grip bars with arms straight, shoulders above hands. Keep legs straight or bent.
    Lower slowly until elbows are at 90 degrees.
    Push back up to start position, extending arms fully.
  • Set bench to high incline and hold dumbbells with neutral grip at shoulders.
    Press dumbbells upward until arms extend without locking elbows.
    Lower slowly to shoulder level and repeat.
