• Start by placing two plates or low boxes on the floor, about shoulder-width apart.
    Position yourself in a plank position with your hands on top of the boxes/plates, keeping your arms straight.
    Keep your feet together, with your toes resting on the floor.
    Engage your core and lower your body towards the floor by bending your arms, until your chest nearly touches the dumbbells.
    Push your body back up to the starting position, straightening your arms and engaging your chest, triceps and shoulders.
  • Begin in a push-up position with your hands forming a diamond shape under your chest.
    Lower your body, keeping elbows close.
    Push back up to the starting position.
  • Start in a push-up position.
    Lower your chest, explode up, clap hands.
    Land softly, repeat for reps.
  • Start standing with your feet hip-width apart. Lower your body into a squat position, placing your hands on the ground in front of you.
    Quickly jump your feet back into a plank position, keeping your body in a straight line from your head to your toes.
    Perform a push-up, keeping your core tight and your elbows close to your body.
    Jump your feet back towards your hands, and then jump up into the air, reaching your arms overhead.
    Land softly and immediately lower your body back into the squat position to repeat the movement.
