- Hold the barbell in your hand just off the ground. You should be in a lunge position.
- Rotate toward the landmine as you raise your back knee.
- Stand, rotate forward, and press the barbell upward.
- Lower the barbell to the ground and repeat.
- Hold the barbell end at your chest and face a stable platform.
- Place one foot completely on the platform and brace your core.
- Drive through the elevated foot to stand on the platform.
- Step down slowly and repeat before switching legs.
- Face the landmine, holding the barbell end against your chest.
- Step wide and shift toward one side, bending that knee.
- Keep the opposite leg straight and descend as deeply as comfortable.
- Push through the bent leg to return, then alternate sides.
- Stand beside the barbell, holding its end between your thighs.
- Step wide and bend the outside knee while straightening the opposite leg.
- Keep your chest raised and lower as deeply as comfortable.
- Push through the bent leg to return, then repeat.
