• Hold the TRX strap with one hand.
    Lean back until the strap is taut. Fully extend your elbow.
    Pull your elbow behind the body. Make sure to avoid twisting. Try to keep your shoulders even.
  • Position a barbell in a landmine or corner of a room and stand facing it with your feet shoulder-width apart.
    Grasp the end of the barbell with a neutral grip, keeping your arms straight and your shoulders relaxed.
    Bend at the hips and knees to lower your torso until it is almost parallel to the ground.
    Pull the barbell towards your chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together as you row the weight up.
  • Make sure to keep your elbow close to your body and your core engaged throughout the movement.
    Bend forward at your hips while maintaining a flat back.
    Pull the plate toward your upper abdomen.
    Lower the weight in a controlled manner and repeat.
  • Stand facing the plate with your feet shoulder-width apart and the plate positioned between your feet.
    Bend down and grasp the plate from the top edges with both hands, making sure your thumbs and fingers are evenly spaced.
    Keep your back straight, chest up and core engaged, and stand up with the plate, keeping it close to your body.
    Lower the plate back down to the ground, keeping control and maintaining good posture.
