- Start by lying flat on your back with your legs extended towards the landmine attachment and your arms overhead, holding the landmine barbell with both hands while engaging your core muscles by pressing your lower back into the ground and drawing your belly button in towards your spine.
- Lift your legs off the ground, keeping them together and straight, and simultaneously raise your upper body off the ground, reaching the landmine barbell away from your face.
- Hold this position for the desired duration, then carefully lower the barbell to the ground.
- Start kneeling in front of the landmine, facing towards it, with your knees hip-width apart and your back straight while holding the end of the bar in both hands in front of your chest.
- Push the landmine up overhead by fully extending your arms until the weight is directly over your head. Pause briefly at the top of the movement, then slowly lower the landmine back down to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.
- Stand perpendicularly to the barbell, holding the end of the bar at your outer hip with your inner hand and your palm facing your body.
- While keeping your core braced and your arm straight, lift the barbell diagonally up and towards the direction of the landmine attachment, then return the bar to the starting position.
- Repeat for desired number of reps before switching sides.
- Stand facing the landmine, holding the end of the bar in both hands with your palms facing each other.
- Extend your arms upward, pressing the end of the bar up overhead. Pause at the top of the movement, then lower the bar with control back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.
