• Start by taking a kneeling position and holding a kettlebell in each hand with the bottom of the kettlebell facing up.
Bring the kettlebells to your shoulders, with your palms facing forward and your elbows bent.
From this starting position, extend your arms upwards so that the kettlebells are overhead.
Make sure to keep your core engaged and your back straight throughout the movement.
  • Use a dip belt to attach a plate to yourself. Grip bars with arms straight, shoulders above hands. Keep legs straight or bent.
Lower slowly until elbows are at 90 degrees.
Push back up to start position, extending arms fully.
  • Loop the band around your back. The two end loops in each of your hands.
Extend your shoulder joint and elbow across your body until your arm is fully extended.
  • Anchor the band to a stable point.
Hinge forward. Extend and flex at the elbow.
