• Stand tall holding two plates in each hand with a pinch grip.
    Walk for the desired distance or time.
  • Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding two plates with a pinch grip.
    Place one foot slightly behind the other, with the heel of your back foot elevated.
    From this starting position, bend at the hips and knees to lower the plates towards the ground, keeping your back straight and your core engaged.
  • Lay underneath a fixed horizontal bar and grab the bar with a wide overhand grip. Place a plate on your chest.
    Pull your body straight up to the bar.
    Return to the starting position, your arms fully extended. Repeat.
  • Grab the bar shoulder width apart with a supinated grip (palms facing you). Use a dip belt and the let the weight hang between your legs.
    With your body hanging and arms fully extended, pull yourself up until your chin is past the bar.
    Slowly return to starting position. Repeat.
