- Stand tall with a single dumbbell extended overhead.
- Flex at the elbow letting the dumbbell travel behind your body.
- Try not to let your elbow flare outward.
- Lay flat on a bench with two dumbbells extended toward the ceiling.
- Maintain an overhand grip. Flex at the elbows.
- The dumbbells will land on your upper chest/clavicle.
- Extend your elbows bringing the dumbbells back into their starting position.

- Hold the two TRX straps and lean forward. The straps should be over each shoulder.
- Keep your elbows tucked in and then flex and extend at the elbows.
- Start in a bench press position with your feet planted on the bench and knees bent.
- Grasp the barbell with an overhand grip, positioning your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
- Lift the barbell off the rack and lower it to your chest, keeping your elbows close to your sides.
- Push the barbell back up to the starting position, fully extending your arms.
