- Hold the plate with both hands at chest height.
- Keeping your core tight and your chest up, squat down as low as you can go while keeping your feet flat on the ground.
- Hold the squat position and reach the plate forward, keeping your arms straight and your back straight.
- Return the plate to your chest while you hold the squat position and repeat reaching the plate in front of you
- Start in a pushup position with both hands on a plate. This will extend your range of motion.
- Break at the elbows and shoulders until your upper arm travels behind the body slightly.
- Then press back into the original position.
- Start by placing two dumbbells on the floor, about shoulder-width apart.
- Position yourself in a plank position with your hands on top of the dumbbells, keeping your arms straight.
- Keep your feet together, with your toes resting on the floor.
- Engage your core and lower your body towards the floor by bending your arms, until your chest nearly touches the dumbbells.
- Push your body back up to the starting position, straightening your arms and engaging your chest, triceps and shoulders.
- Start by setting up the TRX straps to a secure anchor point and adjust the straps so that they hang about waist height when you stand under them.
- Stand facing the TRX straps, grab the handles with both hands, and step forward so that your body is in a plank position with your hands directly beneath your shoulders.
- Lower your body down by bending your elbows until your chest nearly touches the handles. Keep your core tight and your body in a straight line.
- Push your body back up to the starting position, straightening your arms as you do so. Make sure to engage your chest, triceps, and core throughout the movement.
