• Begin in a lunge position with your right foot forward and your left foot back.
    Place a block on the outside of your right foot and place your right hand on top of it.
    Look down towards your right foot as you reach your left arm towards the front of the room, feeling a stretch in your side body. Hold for a few breaths and then switch sides.
  • Begin in a kneeling position with your knees hip-width apart.
    Extend your right leg out to the side, placing your foot flat on the ground.
    Reach your right arm overhead and then round your spine, bringing your right hand to your left ear.
    Look down towards your left foot as you reach your left arm towards your right foot, feeling a stretch in your side body. Hold for a few breaths and then switch sides.
  • Begin in a comfortable seated position on your mat, with your legs crossed and your spine straight.
    Extend your right arm up toward the ceiling and bend it at the elbow, bringing your right hand behind your head.
    Reach your left arm behind your back and bend it at the elbow, bringing your left hand up between your shoulder blades.
    Clasp your hands behind your back, trying to touch your fingertips together. If you can't quite reach, you can use a strap or towel to bridge the gap between your hands.
  • Lie on ground with head and shoulders supported.
    Hold a bosu and lower it back over the head.
    Bring the bosu back over the chest to complete one rep.
